Unlike a majority of our competitors, we do not charge any upfront fees to review or your project. We only accept projects that we feel we can fund with confidence. Walker Commercial Funding has their own in-house review underwriters with years of experience that will review your project and structure it in a way that will get you the best possible terms and the fastest funding possible.
Once your application and supporting material is submitted to our underwriting staff, you will be contacted directly by one or our review underwriters for any clarifications or questions that will assist us in providing you with the best financing the market has to offer.
Over 75% of all commercial loans fail because they are either presented improperly or are lacking the information the funder needs to make quick fundings happen. Your loan package will be presented to our funders for quick review and fast approval and funding.
We ask that you provide complete and accurate information on all of your application and supporting documentation. Any missing information or misrepresentations only slow down the process of your successful funding.
Walker Commercial Funding is compensated only when you close, so it is our primary objective to work with you in a spirit of cooperation and direct communication to make this painless and a “no surprises” and “no delays” experience!

Although we, as a company, do not charge any upfront fees, you, the borrower will be responsible for third party costs such as the appraisal of your property and title fees.
